Accucraft IOM's
Well the PTLR finally got its rake of IOM's today. Pics below.

The new South Trethevy Tramway Locomotive
The STT M.D. commisioned PHC Engineering to build a brand new loco for the STT. It is in the form of a Simplex Motor Rail 20hp. It took about 2 days to build, and is on a IP Budget chassis with 4 wheel drive. Made from plasikard, it has a lift off bonnet for access to the batteries, and switches are forward/reverse and on/off. Here are some photos of a test run to check all is in order before being shipped to the South Trethevy Tramway:

Colour matching the green paint on IP Engineering Jane?
Does anyone know what car paint gives a good colour match for the paint on the IP Engineering Jane?

I guess I could get halfords to match the colour from one of the sidetanks or something...doubt it'd be that good a match tho.

I consider it tat when you have about 5 engines which are the same! I have other intrests, just I know what is money well spent.

Just saw your photo John, what a difference the detail makes, reminds me of a charrabang (or however you spell it).

I am a collector...so having 5 different engines of different cariations isn't tat

R/C fork lift
I was in an electronics shop today and saw this little forklift for £19.99 so bought it
I have seen cheaper 1s like it on ebay but didnt buy them because they had very over scale speed and very jerky motion but this 1 is slow and smooth

Iv been driving it round the garden all day pushing basket balls and lifting dogs toys

great fun

Alan, I would definitely like a Garden Railway Forums Special headboard.
Would it be possible for you to make 1 special design plate like the ones you do now but with the text MDK 45 DAMP TUR ??? If so what would the charge, and would you be willing to post them to Denmark ?

Here's a possible layout for the MDK 45 DAMP TUR design:
